Description said made of metal.Seller ships quickly, and moose is great and as expected. Antlers are separate and come out of the head/base. We had a little trouble (on our end) with the moose the day we received it. We contacted the seller and received response and resolution within an hour. There's nothing better that great customer service! And we love our moose!I know this is unusual but wife loved it for Xmas and add it to her collection ( she bought a bronze deer from target and I couldn’t decide what to get her for Xmas. Yup this one won... boom, I still got it)I purchased one like this for $100 more than this one and it was junk. This one is great. I glued the antlers on because I have it outside. The face is genuine looking like a moose and not a horse. Totally recommend this to anyone.Love! Had to return the first one..antler was broken. Return was fast and courteous.He is absolutely beautiful!!!! He will be so pretty over the fireplace in my new house where I will build a house.The price was very reasonable!You did a nice job for Mr. Moose!LMOverall, a nice piece. The only thing undesirable are the antlers are not attached. You must place them in the head. The antlers did not stay in place so I had to glue them.Great moose head ! My 2 sons play ice hockey for the California Ontario Moose Hockey club and this is perfect !!!
